What you will be doing as an Application Architect

As a PLM Application Architect you will have the opportunity to lead how PTC Products are leveraged by our customers to enable business value.  You will leads and build consensus across the PTC and client account team members on approaches that maximizes the client’s opportunity to realize value from PTC’s solutions.  Our Application Architects;

• Enable the improvement of product development processes through deploying out-of-the-box solutions.
• Lead the consulting team in planning, analysis, development and testing of the applications to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Investigate the current business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficiencies that could be improved.
• Support the development of written specifications (e.g. System Description Documents and Use Case Documents) to capture business process requirements for PTC solutions.
• Lead the analysis and documentation of customer requirements and contributes to the design and delivery of the Solution(s).

What we look for in our Ideal Candidates

The ideal candidate will have experience with product development expertise with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management Software) and have a Bachelor’s Degree. 

Previously your experience should include;

• Participate in the creation of written specifications (such as design or test documents) related to the deployment of PLM products.
• Understand enterprise architecture environments
• Has the ability to understand technical configurations and customizations while working with on-shore and off-shore development teams
• Display deep product development expertise in areas such as: New Product Introduction, Change & Configuration Management, Detailed Design and Release to Manufacturing.
