Job Description
The International Customer Service Specialist interfaces with international markets on issues dealing with customer back orders, parts availability and supplier constraints. The responsibilities of this position include researching and responding to inquiries on back orders for all markets outside NAFTA. Receive, research & respond to customer inquiries. Investigate and resolve supplier issues. Interface with multiple levels of management. Maintain and publish status reports.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts supply (supply chain)
Must have advanced MS Excel skills
Capable of sorting and analyzing large quantities of data in Microsoft Excel
Problem solving and innovative solutions
Organizational and multi-tasking skill set
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain or International Business
Strong Microsoft Access skills
Business Objects a plus
Advanced Powerpoint skills foreign language skills, preferably Italian, Chinese or Spanish
