Assistant Program Director - WXYT-FM (Sports Media/PR/Broadcasting)
WXYT-FM is looking for an experienced radio Assistant Program Director. You will be responsible for directing all aspects of the on-air product, including coaching and supervising on air staff; developing promotional strategies and enhancing the efforts of the promotional staff along with design, interpretation and implementation of station research efforts. As Assistant Program Director, you will continue to expand our growing digital assets including streaming, podcasts and website along with development of our database program.
Required Skills/Experience
Experience required developing all brand aspects on-air and online. Must be a strategic thinker to see the long term plans and achieve ratings goals. Create great radio in a world class city.
