Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst is responsible for development of expense and capital budgets, monthly forecasts and variance explanations for Information Technology departments. Work with Information Technology department managers to develop financial business case justification for expense and capital projects and track progress towards project objectives. Assist in implementation of SAP solution for the Information Technology departments. Partner with Finance peers at Fiat to share best practices and develop common processes. Develop presentations related to financial status on various topics for the Information Technology leadership team and Chief Information Officer.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related field (iting, Accounting, Payable)
• Minimum of 2 years with financial forecasting and budgeting experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Essbase experience
• Minimum of 2 years of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
Preferred Qualifications: • MBA
• Previous automotive experience
• Experience with SAP
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self Starter: Ability to plan projects and follow to completion
• Team Player: Must be able to work in a team oriented environment
• Flexible: Position requires additional work hours during peak periods
