Financial Analyst -- Powertrain Integration
The Financial Analyst - Powertrain Integration is responsible for the financial control/analysis of Chrysler's Powertrain systems integration into production vehicles which includes all Chrysler and FGA produced vehicles using Chrysler Powertrains (as applicable). An additional core responsibility is the Powertrain Adaptation components (Engine, Transmission, Driveline and Powertrain Electrical). Integrate FPT supplied powertrains into Chrysler produced vehicles. Report Powertrain and Alternative Propulsion based vehicles CapEx and ER&D spending for DOE grants and loan programs. Interface with FPT and Vehicle Teams for study requests, pricing and other joint sourcing opportunities. Act as primary interface with Powertrain Integration VLE as well as with Platform VLE's for Engine and Transmissions / Driveline for cost ""loops"" and financial reporting to all vehicle platforms.
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; or Bachelors degree in Engineering with a MBA • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, finance or engineering activities supporting operations with a financial / cost emphasis • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and program management skills required • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements:
• Masters Degree • Automotive experience a plus • Finance/ cost analysis experience a plus • Strong computer/systems skills • Comfortable and able to interface well with all levels of management • Manufacturing experience a plus
