Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to lead our Global Marketing and Corporate Relations efforts. As the largest carry-out pizza chain in the WORLD and with significant sales growth throughout last decade, Little Caesars offers tremendous opportunities for all of our colleagues.
As the head of Global Marketing and Corporate Relations, you will be responsible for the worldwide development and execution of marketing strategies to drive success and growth of the company and its franchisees, domestically and internationally. You will set the standards for brand management and expansion of the brand including overseeing all media and industry relations, interactive programs, and all advertising responsibilities such as development of commercials, print promotions, web promotions and social media. In this role, you will provide leadership, direction and coaching focused on building sales and market share to the marketing operations, creative, PR, community relations, corporate communications, product development and field marketing teams.
Qualified candidates will have earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred); 20+ years of progressive marketing experience in the restaurant industry including a senior level leadership role; proven experience with marketing strategies involving the nuances of marketing to various countries and cultures; demonstrated ability to utilize innovative avenues to further enhance the brand; and marketing experience in businesses with international growth, either through the company or through franchising. We are looking for a proven leader with high energy, confidence, and the ability to influence and lead others.
