Overview:
The Flex Team Restaurant Dish Associate schedule is designed to allow Macy's to flex up staffing during key events and peak selling times, and allows you the flexibility to maintain your current responsibilities while earning extra money and enjoying a retail discount of up to 20%. The Restaurant Dish Associate is responsible to clean and maintain an adequate supply of dishware, cookware and utensils in one of our Macy's restaurants.
Key Accountabilities:
Follow Food Division Best Practices.
Wash and distribute dishes, cookware and utensils.
Monitor and maintain sanitation supply levels and machine performance in accordance with Health Department Standards.
Perform daily cleaning tasks assigned by supervisor, and dispose of trash .
Follow station specific duties and responsibilities.
Open and/or close area by following the appropriate checklist; verify completion with Manager on Duty.
Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code to comply with Food Division and Health Department standards.
Maintain safe work area at all times.
Assist other associates to ensure all kitchen duties are completed and customer service standards are maintained.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
