Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing and deploying OCS / Lync solutions to include configuration and implementation of Exchange, Active Directory, Lync, Voice technology and virtualizations.
Intimate working knowledge on how to size, scope and position Lync 2010 solutions
Voice technology working knowledge (PSTN, PBX and Gateway devices)
Server Virtualization – Knowledge of virtualization requirements for Lync deployments

Windows 2008 Clustering
Knowledge of deploying Microsoft TMG Reverse proxy function.
The ability to define Microsoft SQL server deployment requirements for a solution
The ability to effectively manage Active Directory resources
The ability to manage TCP/IP networks, including DHCP, DNS, and WINS
LUN design requirements for SQL deployments
Oversee day to day execution of tasks
Excellent oral and written communication skills - provide concise delivery status, schedule progress and milestone attainment
Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving, time & project management, and technical writing skills required
Ability to work as part of a team or independently
Sense of urgency when deploying IT solutions and follow-up paperwork
Able to implement product features and functionality requests on behalf of customer
Ability to analyze, communicate and resolve problems
Ability to provide porting/migration assistance and general system administration
Manage escalations to ensure timely and high quality resolution of all issues
Experienced working with senior level IT decision makers within an organization
Ability to provide ongoing knowledge transfer and direction to subordinates
Experience in designing IT solutions to address business needs, while maintaining sight of the technical validity and supportability of the solution
Excellent ability to design and implement product features and functionality
Experience in porting/migration and general infrastructure consulting
Deliver guidance in the form of prototypes, whitepapers, and test results
