Position Description:

The Quality Control Auditor will be responsible for reviewing FHA, VA & Conventional closed loans, FHA and Conventional early payment defaults, as well as denied loans to determine if all aspects of Quicken Loans origination function conform to company policies and meet investor guidelines. This will be accomplished by auditing files on a monthly/quarterly basis.
RESPONSIIBLITIES - Review loan files to determine if any issues need to be reported - Complete Quality Control Questionnaire and determine risk factor - Communicate in writing any findings noted
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years underwriting experience with knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional programs - Strong computer skills - Excellent written/oral communication skills - Must be an enthusiastic, self-starter who works well with others - Capable of working outside the box - Has a strong passion for the "ism" "We are the They" - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
